Meet Kenneth Burden
Disabled U.S. Army Veteran • Author • Founder of Burden Innovations.
My Story
Like many veterans, I assumed filing a VA disability claim would be straightforward.
It wasn’t.
I quickly discovered a system filled with unfamiliar regulations, confusing paperwork, medical evidence requirements, and complicated appeals.
Over time, I learned that success wasn’t about luck, it was about understanding the process and presenting the right evidence.
That experience inspired me to create The Veteran Benefits Blueprint, a practical workbook designed to help veterans organize their claims, avoid common mistakes, and navigate both VA disability and SSDI with confidence.
Why I Created the Blueprint
I believe veterans shouldn’t have to spend hundreds of hours researching regulations just to receive the benefits they’ve already earned.
Blueprint exists to simplify the process through practical education, organized resources, and technology that puts veterans first.
Why Veterans Trust This Resource
This workbook wasn’t written from theory.
It was built through years of navigating the VA disability system firsthand, studying VA regulations, reviewing medical evidence, and helping organize complex claims.
As a disabled U.S. Army veteran living with advanced heart failure, an LVAD, and the ongoing process of heart transplant evaluation, I understand how overwhelming the system can become.
Everything I create has one purpose:
Make the VA claims process easier to understand so veterans can spend less time feeling overwhelmed and more time building the strongest claim possible.
✔ Veteran Created
✔ Practical Step-by-Step Guidance
✔ Built to Simplify a Complex Process
My Commitment to Veterans
I can’t promise an approval.
I can’t promise a specific disability rating.
What I can promise is this:
Everything I create will be honest, practical, evidence-based, and focused on helping veterans better understand the VA disability process they’ve earned the right to navigate.
If this workbook saves you time, reduces your stress, or helps you build a stronger claim, then I’ve accomplished exactly what I set out to do.
